Yellow Belt Theory
Tai-Otoshi
First throw of the Yellow Belt Theory is Tai-Otoshi, taking a standard jacket and cuff grip, turn your body so you are in effect standing next to your partner/opponent, extend the leg closest to your partner straight down and across their legs, drop your body and pull and push with your arms to bring your partner over the leg and onto their back.
O-Uchi-Gari
Taking a standard grip on your partner taking your left/or right leg swing in behind your partners leg and hook the leg whilst pushing with your arms for a nice take down.
Ude-Garami
Ude-Garami translated means Figure four, and is a nice arm lock tecnique. Whilst on the ground take a hold on your partners arm and pull up towards the head, with your other arm feed it under and over to lock the arm in position.
Kuzure-Kesa-Gatame
Follow the guide for Kesa-Gatame but instead of holding your partner behind the neck, feed the arm underneath their shoulder, exact hold for the arm is identical to Kesa-Gatame.
